TERM AND TERMINATION This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. Upon termination, You shall no longer be entitled to use the Service. Upon duplicators receiving your order, if a carton shows signs of external damage, DO duplicators NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please call during normal office hours. If you must return an item for any reason, the duplicators return must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, duplicators pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording equipment. Any returns must be accompanied by a note of explanation and a copy of the invoice. If you still have a problem, then your browser is pulling the document out of its cache instead of reloading the document, and it keeps displaying the old version of the document. To avoid this, set your browser to verify documents every time upon loading as follows: is because the browser reloads the entire document (the one shown in the "Location" line) when the reload button is clicked.
