Upon receiving your order, if a carton shows signs of external damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, Effects please call during normal office Effects hours. If you must return an item for any reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive Effects full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording equipment. Any returns must be accompanied by a note of explanation Effects and a copy of the invoice. Do NOT place stickers or write on the original box. Shipping is non-refundable. All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on which item, or combination of items that is ordered. International orders are not accepted online. We will not ship outside the United States if ordered online. To be an authorized member you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Service Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the service. If you Effects do not accept this Agreement, do not use the service. You represent to that all content you provide to the Service Effects is solely owned by You or provided by You with the express authority of the company You represent, does not infringe upon any other individual''s or organization''s rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) and is not Effects defamatory, libelous, unlawful or otherwise objectionable. You shall not provide, promote, distribute, place or otherwise publish as a Member of the Service any content, or Web site that includes content, which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, multi-level marketing based, abusive, fraudulent or violates any law. Effects As may not review all information provided by You, You shall remain solely responsible Effects for Your content and Web site.
