MISCELLANEOUS. This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license and may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If you must return an item for any reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A.
