If you must return an item for any reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without dj and mixers an R.A. entry Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording level equipment. Any returns must be accompanied by a note of explanation dj and a copy of the mixers invoice.
