Do NOT place stickers or write on the original fog box. Shipping is non-refundable. All orders are shipped machines via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on which item, or combination of items that is ordered. International orders are not accepted online. We will not ship outside the United States if ordered online. fog To be an authorized member you agree to abide by the terms and conditions machines contained in this Service Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the fog service. By clicking on the "I have read and accept the machines License Agreement" box at the bottom of the signup page and using the service you indicate your acceptance of fog this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use the service. Upon receiving your order, if a carton shows signs of external damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please call during normal office hours. If you must return an item for any reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and a machines letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. fog Exchange only on digital recording equipment. Any returns must be accompanied by a note of explanation and a copy of the invoice. You agree that our company may rely on any data, notice, instruction or request furnished You which machines is reasonably believed to be genuine and to have been sent or presented by a person reasonably believed by to be authorized to act on Your behalf. You shall notify by e-mail at of any known or suspected unauthorized uses of Your fog account, or any known or machines suspected breach of security, including loss, fog theft or unauthorized disclosure of Your email and password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your email and machines password and fog you are responsible for all usage and activity on Your account, including use of the account by a third party authorized by You to use machines Your account. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination by and referral to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
